Wallaby Dining Room
The Wallaby Dining Room located on the second floor, is our Fine Dining à la carte restaurant, with our succulent meals meticulously prepared by our Chef’s Table finalist Chefs Jason Bygrave and Dylan Mark.
- The Dining Room has an impressive bar, providing a full range of imported and local beers, an extensive selection of wines, high quality ports, liqueurs and spirits.
