To renew your membership download (PDF 64Kb) and complete the following application form then fax or mail the application to the club.

- Have this form signed by an eligible Proposer and Seconder member of the Club (see below)
- Sign the form then fax or mail the application to the Club with a cheque or payment details
- Please ensure you read and agree to the terms and conditions prior to submitting your application

Approval Process
Applications need to be processed and approved by the Board. Once approved you will receive your Membership Card from The Rugby Club.
