Section 314 (1AB) of the Corporations Act 2001 as contained in the Corporations Legislative Amendment (Simpler Regulatory System) Act (2007) allows clubs to only send an Annual Report to those members who elect to receive a printed copy of the Annual Report.

Any member who wishes to receive a printed copy of the Annual Report must lodge a written request for same with Rugby Club Limited.

All members may download a copy of the Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2012 from the website of Rugby Club Limited at http://www.rugbyclub.com.au/membership/annual-reports-agm-minutes/

We are pleased to announce we have a new General Manager. Gerard Boyle has recently joined the Club and we look forward to the contribution he will make and leadership he brings to our great Club. Gerard is an Active Certified Club Manager with over 16 years experience in the Club Industry.

A rugby tragic with a self-described “laughably poor rugby pedigree”, Gerard is excited and ambitious about bringing some great events and promotions to your Club. Gerard looks forward to seeing you in the Club, and please do come and say hello.

We are excited to announce the appointment of our new Chefs, led by Jason Bygrave and Dylan Mark. Jason and Dylan have extensive experience in hotels and fine dining restaurants internationally and interstate.

They have just been named as finalists in the prestigious Clubs NSW Chef’s Table Hail to the Chef competition.

Come in and try our new menus. The brasserie menu is served all day Wednesdays to Fridays and open for lunch on Mondays and Tuesdays and Dinner on Saturdays.
