2020 Herron Scholarship Update – Jayden Blake

The Rugby Club Foundation’s Herron Scholarship has assisted Jayden further his Rugby, despite the interruptions the coronavirus pandemic had on the 2020 Rugby season.

In 2020, Jayden made is first grade debut for the Dubbo Roos, a remarkable achievement in his first match of senior Rugby. Jayden was also invited into the Gen Blue program at NSWRU resulting in selections for both the Gen Blue Country Opens team and NSW U18s team.

Following on from his time at NSWRU Jayden earned a place in the Waratahs Academy were he continues to work hard on developing his Rugby.

Jayden moved to Sydney in 2021 and joined the Randwick Rugby Club where he is enjoying the experience and success of their Colts program.

The Rugby Club Foundation congratulates Jayden on his achievements and looks forward to following his Rugby career well into the future.
